Right of withdrawal:
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days of the date of conclusion of the contract.
You may use the withdrawal model form below, although its use is not mandatory. You also have the option to electronically fill in and submit the withdrawal model form or any other unequivocal statement through our website www.vivenciadehesa.es. If you use this option, we will confirm receipt of such withdrawal without delay, in a durable medium (eg by email) .
To comply with the withdrawal period it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline.
ATTENTION: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to the provision of services, once the service has been fully implemented.
If you have requested that the provision of services begins during the withdrawal period, we will pay a proportional amount, taking into consideration the part of the service already provided in the moment the withdrawal is communicated, in relation to the total object of the contract.
Effects of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received, without undue delay and in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to complete the reimbursement using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
